Plas-Mech Power Systems (I) Pvt. Ltd. ("PMI", "we", "our", or "us") delivers products across India through reliable courier and logistics partners. Delivery to remote areas may be subject to service availability.



2. Dispatch Time

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within [2–5] business days of order confirmation, subject to product availability and payment verification. Custom or bulk orders may require additional processing time.



3. Estimated Delivery Time

Delivery timeline vary basis the destination and logistics partner. Estimated delivery time is typically [2–10 business days] from the date of dispatch. Delays due to unforeseen circumstances such as strikes, natural disasters, or regulatory issues or other Force Majeure conditions, etc. are beyond our control.



4. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges may vary on the destination and will be communicated before invoicing.



5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via email or SMS. You can use the tracking number to monitor the shipment status on the logistics partner’s website.

6. Damaged or Missing Products

7. International Shipping
